B3 Team

Everyone on the team are out-of-the-box thinkers, which means we go the extra mile and what matters most is creativity and really getting to know the child and building upon the child’s strengths. Together with the parents, we achieve the changes we set out to achieve and if we don’t do so initially we keep adjusting what we do until we do.

The B3 team is men and women from diverse ethnicities and backgrounds.  Everyone has a bachelor’s degree in psychology or education and some have a master’s degree in psychology, education or ABA.  We have Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) on staff and Anki provides supervision for staff in the process of obtaining their RBT or BCBA.

Anki is a board certified behavior analyst and has worked in the field of ABA for over 24 years.  She is determined to help parents gain confidence in their parenting abilities, help them support their children in a calm manner and teach children needed skills within the framework of self-regulation and a growth mindset.

Anki is deeply passionate about the possibilities for change and keep studying and learning about strategies and solutions that result in meaningful and lasting changes.  In addition to her passion about the children and families she has the opportunity to help, she is also deeply passionate about supporting every member of the team at B3.  She selects people to join the team very carefully and she is proud to say that the B3 team is a team of dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate individuals.

"I have had the pleasure of knowing Anki Sjolund for over 15 years and have always held her in high esteem professionally, ethically, and as a human being. She is extremely knowledgeable with regard to behavior analysis and is kind and compassionate when working with children and their families. "Anki and her team are true partners who approach all children with care, respect, and understanding. They have an incredible talent for understanding the needs and perspectives of children, helping children better navigate their social world, and adults better connect and support their children. They are empathetic, dedicated, and truly make a difference in the lives of the children, families, and educators they work with."
